Speeding in Dubai

Speeding in Dubai
I’d been living and working in Dubai for quite a few years now and one of the things I don’t like seeing are the Men in Blue or the construction workers roaming around the city or just sitting on the landscaped grass which serves as divider of the two roads.
I don’t hate seeing them because I hate them; the truth is it always breaks my heart seeing them in that situation. Even I am not really stable here, but I can say that I live better than them. It’s a cruel world out there for them and them losing their lives because some reckless drivers didn’t care about other people who cannot afford to buy their own car, nor pay a cab to get to work. See this link about a recent tragedy that happened to one of the MIB.
How can someone be irresponsible and cost harm to others? I’m sure this man’s family is grieving losing maybe a dad, son, husband, cousin or even a friend.
And I surely hope that whoever caused this accident be caught and punished. One life is still not enough for some people to care about others, how many accidents that causes death do they want to see? Until one of their friend, family or even them get killed? I wish not.
To all whose carelessly driving, if you don’t care about your life, at least care for others.
